Refund & Delivery Policy

Refunds for Digital Goods Due to the digital nature of our products (including but not limited to coloring books, educational PDFs, and clinical resources), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital link is delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Delivery of Goods Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing the download link(s) for your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting contact@mindandquillstudio.com.

Damaged or Corrupt Files If a digital file is found to be corrupt or fails to open, please contact us immediately. We will verify the purchase and provide a replacement file at no additional cost.
